Fonts Change Appearance when Printing

Postby ReidSweatman on Fri Aug 22, 2003 10:29 am

Question
How can I keep my fonts from changing attributes when I print?

Answer
Go to File | Print... from the main menu bar to display the Print dialog. Then click on the Options... button to display the Print Options dialog. If it's not already selected, click on the Options tab to select it. Then check the Use font changes checkbox. You can also check the Use color changes checkbox and select a color template, should you have a color printer. Bear in mind, though, that if the color scheme you choose has a non-white background, you're going to use up toner cartridges at a fierce clip. You'll also notice a number of other options in the various tabs on the Print Options dialog that allow you to fine-tune the appearance of printed documents.
