I have installed MEW 11.04.00 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and I can start without UAC asking me for permission.
However, I can not make modifications to any files in the /utils or /src directory.
Message that I receive is attached.
What do I need to do to get this to work for Windows 7?

Hi,
If you want to alter the CMAC files in your SRC directory you will need to copy them to another directory (not under program files directory). You will then be able to edit and compile them. The same applies to any of the other files in the install directory.
