File Extensions - Version 11.04

After version 11.04 got loaded, all file extension settings for color and everything is gone. Looking for solution.

Sorry about the delay in responding. For some reason the forum did not mark this as new post for me.
Did this happen after an install or upgrade? Was the lost settings customizations you had made or the factory settings?
